Abrams Creek Center offers four areas for food preparation: a three-season Commercial-style Open-Air Kitchen that can prepare meals for 200 or more, and three all-season facilities, including the Lodge House Kitchen that can prepare meals for 30ore more, the Retreat Cottage Kitchen that can prepare smaller meals, and a Snack Area where individual guests can prepare their own food without interfering with the group meal production.
A 500 sq ft commercial-style open-air kitchen that capable of preparing food for 200 people or more. The kitchen ceiling rises to 16', creating a natural updraft to draw excess heat away. Groups are welcome to use the kitchen with their own staff, or we can provide names of professional chefs who can meet the needs and preferences of any dietary plan.
